It is right  to break the law when , you see that the police are doing something unfair or racist and you stick up for the people. It is wrong to break the law when you’re under the influence of alcohol, Also when you do it purposely.

His main idea was supported by his tone , diction, and syntax because he would add exclamation, question mark, or he would capitalize some words and when we would read it we’d read it with the accent by the way he wrote it and it would make sense.
